All images and content on this website are the copyright property of Philip Norton and may not be copied reproduced manipulated or publicly displayed without prior written consent. Title to all images remains the property of Philip Norton. Purchased images are by way of a granted license for the purchased item and may not be reproduced in any way.
Print Purchases
All online transactions are via Paypal. Payments are secure and we do not have access to any of your personal payment details, card numbers or accounts. Any issue relating to payment and Paypal should be directed to them in the first instance.
Orders for prints will only be completed when payment is received in full. Delays to delivery will not be compensated for because of delays in payment. Prints purchased are for a printed copy of the respective image only and Title to the image remains the property of Philip Norton. Prints may not be reproduced in any way without prior written consent.
Please allow 14 days for delivery. Any delays caused by our printers will be notified to you.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your print notification must be made to us within 7 days. Prints will only be replaced or refunded once the original has been returned.
Delivery for prints will be via either Royal Mail or Courier. Any issues over delivery must be notified to us within 7 days and a reasonable time must be given for us to investigate. We will not be held responsible for failure to deliver on a given day.
Workshops
Workshops will only be secured once the required deposit has been paid. Dates may be cancelled without notice if deposits are not paid by the required date, which will be at least 14 days before the agreed date of the workshop. For groups booking a workshop the appropriate deposit for all attendees must be paid before the workshop is secure.
Cancellation. Deposits for workshops cancelled by you will only be refunded with 21 days notice and an admin fee of £10 deducted per person. No deposits will be refunded after this time. An offer of an alternative date will always be made if possible.
Cancellation by us. In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances an alternative date will be offered. Deposits will only be refunded if an alternative date is refused.
Poor Weather. In the event of cancellation due to poor weather Phil Norton Photography will always endeavor to arrange an alternative date. Refunds will not be made due to poor weather or other factors deemed acts of God such as flood and destruction, or public disturbance. Alternative dates will be offered as close to the original date as possible.
Poor weather ‘on the day’. Weather deteriorating on the day of the workshop will not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation. Early termination of the workshop on the day will be at your own loss. Alternative shooting locations to allow the workshop to proceed will be given, and alternative dates will be offered at the discretion of Phil Norton Photography.
Workshop Time. Duration of workshops is as specified on the website and variation will be at the discretion of Phil Norton Photography. Late arrival by you will not constitute extra time being added unless agreed.
Use of equipment. Any equipment used by you owned by Philip Norton may be used with consent on the express condition that by such use you accept that any loss or damage will be compensated for.
Travelling. Where a workshop in your location has been agreed which involves travelling to you, fees for travelling and accommodation if applicable are not included in the price and will be agreed in advance and must be paid before the workshop commences.
Expenses. Expenses such as lunch are not included.
Appropriate Clothing. You must ensure you have appropriate clothing and footwear. Early termination as a result of having inappropriate clothing will not constitute a refund. Workshops may be cancelled on the day due to inappropriate clothing for your own safety and will not constitute grounds for refunds or re scheduling unless agreed by Phil Norton Photography.
Every effort will be made to ensure workshops proceed and that you are completely satisfied.
Nisi Filters
Purchase of Nisi Filters and accessories via Phil Norton Photography will be covered by standard 12 month warranty as per your consumer rights. No goods will be dispatched until payment has been made in full. Any claims for damage in transit or returns must be made within 7 days from the purchase date and notified in writing.
