Booking a place
To make a booking, use the online course booking form by following the prompts under the TRAINING section of www.clikpic.com. The Training Course Booking Form must be completed and payment made through our order system.For a booking to be confirmed it must be accompanied by payment. Please see Methods of Payment below.
Please ensure you have read, understood and accepted these Conditions of Booking before you submit a booking. By placing a booking you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted them.
Methods of Payment
Payment of the course fees must be made in advance and should be made at the time of placing a booking, typically through our secure online ordering system by credit or debit card.
It is possible to pay by cheque or Bacs. Details are provided on how to do so when following the online booking prompts. Ensure you select Pay by Cheque/Bank Transfer at the checkout stage.
An invoice will be issued and is found under Order History in your admin menu. Please note that a booking is not secured until payment is received.
VAT
All payments quoted are inclusive of VAT, which is applicable at the standard rate.
Cancellations
Bookings can only be cancelled by email to support@clikpic.com.
Cancellations within 10 working days of the training start date will be charged the full course fee.Cancellations within 11 – 20 working days of the training start date will be charged 50% of the course fee. Cancellations within 21 – 30 working days of the training start date will be charged 25% of the course fee. Cancellations more than 30 working days in advance of the course will incur no charge.
Alternative Delegate Submission
It is possible to substitute an alternative delegate on any place booked at no additional cost.

A confirmed booking may be transferred to another of Clikpic's courses, availability permitting, providing that course takes place within three months of the date originally booked. Connect is not obliged to ensure suitable alternatives are available.

Transfers made within 10 working days of the training start date will incur a charge of 50% of the full course fee. Transfers made within 11 – 20 working days of the training start date will be charged 25% of the course fee. Transfers made within 21 – 30 working days of the training start date will be charged 15% of the course fee. Any such fees due will revert to a cancellation fee in respect of the original booking if the transferred booking is subsequently cancelled.
A booking can only be transferred on one occasion. Subsequent transfers will be treated as cancellations.
Course Content and Programme Schedule
Clikpic Ltd reserves the right to alter the advertised schedule of courses, which may include cancellation of a course. Where Clikpic cancels a course, individuals with confirmed bookings on that course will be offered alternative dates. If none can be provided then a full refund will be given.
Clikpic Ltd reserves the right to alter or amend the advertised content of any course without notice in order to continuously provide a high quality service or due to circumstances beyond our control. Clikpic Ltd will not be liable for any losses or expenses, including consequential, arising from any such alterations or amendments to the programme content and schedule including cancellation.
Acceptable Use of Facilities
In placing a booking you agree to abide by Clikpic's Acceptable Use Policy relating to the use of Clikpic's facilities. This policy requires the following:
- None of Clikpic's facilities may be used to locate, display or transmit any material which is illegal or offensive.
- No software may be downloaded or installed on any of Clikpic's computing equipment unless under the explicit direction of the Clikpic Trainer.
- No data may be imported which has not been checked for viruses and which is not under the explicit direction of the Clikpic Trainer.
Smoking
Clikpic's premises are non-smoking and all delegates are required to adhere to this policy.
Exclusion
Clikpic reserves the right to refuse access to its facilities and premises where there is reason to believe that a delegate is in breach of these conditions or where a delegate uses threatening, bullying, harassing or disruptive behaviour. Clikpic will not be liable for any losses or expense (including course fees and consequential damages) incurred by a delegate arising from such an exclusion.
